BRANISLAV IVANOVIC will bring an end to his nine-year spell at Chelsea today.The Serbian defender, who joined the Blues in 2008 from Lokomotiv Moscow, is set to join Zenit St Petersburg.He has agreed a two-and-a-half-year dealwith the Russian club after Chelsea gave him the green light to leave.Chelsea chiefs are letting Ivanovic leave on a free transfer as a goodwill gesture with his contract expiring at the end of the season.The Russian transfer window closes on February 24 but Sky Sports News report that it will go through today.Embed from Getty ImagesIvanovic is due to jet out from Heathrow at9:30am and the deal needs to be completed today if he is to be registered for the Europa League.The 32-year-old has proved to be a snip at £9.7m for Chelsea, making nearly 400 appearances and helping the club to eight major honours.He scored in Saturday’s 4-0 FA Cup win over local rivals Brentford in his last gamefor the club.Chelsea could be busy today with four players on Antonio Conte’s radar.Embed from Getty ImagesCeltic goalkeeper Craig Gordon is wanted to allow Asmir Begovic to join Bournemouth while striker Moussa Dembele is being considered.Inter Milan winger Jonathan Biabiany and Schalke defender Sead Kolasinac are alsointeresting Conte.
